Here is another simple and tasty treat: My Grandmother Minnette Pugmire's oyster crackers. Salty, savory, crunchy, garlicky...yum. These are a family favorite. Enjoy!
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. Hidden Valley original dressing dry mix
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
16-18 oz. box or bag of oyster crackers
Make the dressing by combining oil, dressing mix, and all other seasonings. Mix well. In a large bowl gently toss the crackers with the dressing until well coated. Let stand covered for 24 hours.
Then, EAT THEM!
